By accessing this website or booking services with Quality of Life Occupational Therapy("we", "our", or "us"), you agree to the following Terms of Service.

1. Our Services

We provide occupational therapy services for individuals of all ages, including: neurological and physical rehabilitation, pediatric therapy, sensory integration, skill development, and overall functional support.

2. Appointments & Scheduling

Appointments can be booked online, via phone, or in person. Please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a fee.

3. Fees & Payments

Fees are clearly communicated before services begin. Payments are due at the time of service unless other arrangements have been made. We may assist in generating invoices for medical aid, but we do not bill them directly.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients (or guardians) agree to provide accurate medical information, actively engage in therapy, and communicate openly with their therapist throughout the process.

5. Confidentiality

All personal and health-related information is treated confidentially in accordance with POPIA and professional healthcare standards. Records are shared only with your consent or when legally required.

6. Consent for Treatment

By attending therapy, you provide consent to be assessed and treated under a personalized plan. Guardians must give written consent for minors.

7. Online & Teletherapy

Clients participating in virtual services must have reliable internet and a private space. Online therapy adheres to the same confidentiality and care protocols as in-person visits.

8. Liability

We strive to provide safe and professional services. However, outcomes may vary depending on each individual’s condition, and we cannot guarantee specific results.

9. Updates to Terms

We may update these terms periodically. The most current version will always be available on our website.
